🎥 Filming Day for Homes Under the Hammer at Tregowan Close, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent

Despite very wet conditions on site, filming took place on Thursday 5th February at 9.30am at a plot of building land on the corner of Tregowan Close, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST6 7EQ.

Findahome Online Managing Director, Tom Williams, was on site alongside the Homes Under the Hammer film crew to appraise the land, which benefits from planning permission for two three-bedroom detached houses.

Although the weather had other ideas, spirits remained high, with Tom and the crew smiling through the rain as filming continued. The plot itself is shown in better conditions in additional photography, highlighting its strong potential for future residential development.

Also pictured is Damian, the cameraman on the day, who worked alongside Tom to capture the appraisal footage under challenging conditions.

With construction yet to begin, we’re hopeful that conditions will be much improved when the homes are completed and Tom returns to appraise the finished properties for broadcast.
