We’re a friendly, expert team that loves helping people buy, sell, and rent right across Staffordshire and Cheshire and further afield. We were the region’s first online estate and letting agent – and one of the UK’s first too. In fact, since 2010 we’ve helped thousands of happy people get moving.
Tom Williams
Managing Director/Valuer
Tom founded Findahome Online over 15 years ago, following a career in the industry of over 30 years. He has extensive sales and lettings expertise and is a qualified estate agent who has previously worked for corporate and independent estate agents.
Tom is responsible for shaping Findahome’s position in the market, driving new growth opportunities, and delivering a great customer experience. He has a level 3 qualification in residential sales and a level 3 qualification in managing property and residential lettings.
You may recognise him from BBC Homes Under the Hammer. He has appeared on the show since 2004, clocking up well over 150 episodes!
In his spare time, he enjoys running, Rugby and watching his beloved Port Vale. As a resident of Nantwich, you may see him running the streets, in restaurants and in coffee shops or out on the sandstone trail.
Steve Ryans
Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Steve Joined Findahome in 2021 as our lead Sales & Lettings Negotiator. He is responsible for conducting accompanied viewings, agreeing sales & tenancies and assisting customers with all sales & lettings enquiries. He’s a great all-rounder!
Prior to that, he worked at a large corporate estate agency for over three years. A local lad, Steve knows Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire like the back of his hand. He is a lifelong supporter of Stoke City football club.
Steve is the proud owner of Cockapoo, Maggie. When he is not selling and letting houses you may see him judging at dance events.
Cyan Spencer
Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Cyan is our Full-Time Sales and Lettings Negotiator at our Stoke-on-Trent office. Cyan is responsible for booking sales & letting viewings, meeting and greeting customers, conducting property inspections and accompanying viewings.
Coming from a retail background, she has fantastic customer service skills and is always ready to help. With a bubbly personality, she is the life and soul of any party.
Outside of work, you will find Cyan out with her family, drinking cocktails with friends and in her hot tub!
